  • Format: Courses are provided in a pre-recorded video format. These videos are for online streaming and cannot be downloaded to your local device.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including video lessons, pattern diagrams, and PDFs, is the exclusive property of Jithin Harshan / Thunnalkaran.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our content, once a course is purchased and accessed, no refunds will be issued.

  • We encourage students to watch our free YouTube tutorials to understand the teaching style before making a purchase.

6. User Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain decorum in the comment sections and support groups.

  • Any form of harassment or spamming within the student community will result in immediate removal.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for 100% accuracy in our tailoring methods, results may vary based on individual skill levels and machine settings. Thunnalkaran is not responsible for fabric wastage or errors made by the student during practice.

8. Modification of Terms

  • Thunnalkaran reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pathanamthitta, Kerala.
