Thank you for choosing Thunnalkaran. We strive to provide the highest quality professional tailoring education. Because our courses are digital products delivered via internet access, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Refund Eligibility (Digital Courses)
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally operate a No-Refund Policy.
Once Access is Granted: A course is considered “used” once you have logged into the student dashboard and accessed the video lessons or downloaded any PDF patterns.
Pre-Purchase Research: We strongly encourage all students to watch our free tutorials on YouTube and read the course syllabus thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure the teaching style meets their needs.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
We may consider refund requests only under the following specific conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Technical Failure: If you have paid for a course but are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our platform that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of being notified.
Course Not Assigned: If the course is not assigned to your account within 24 hours of a successful payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
User-Initiated Cancellation: You may stop your studies at any time; however, canceling your participation does not entitle you to a refund of the fees already paid.
Institute-Initiated Cancellation: If Thunnalkaran cancels a scheduled live session or permanently removes a course you have paid for before your access period expires, a pro-rata refund or an alternative course of equal value will be offered.
4. Refund Process
If you meet the criteria for an exceptional refund (e.g., duplicate payment):
Request: Email contact@thunnalkaran.com with your Order ID and proof of payment.
Review: Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
Credit: If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card). It may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Registration fees or administrative charges.
Any payment gateway convenience fees charged at the time of purchase.
Courses purchased during “Flash Sales” or using special promotional coupons.
